There is no claim that backs it up that spicy foods are harmful to our health. I personally like my meals spicy, and I have never for once experienced any health issues resulting from it.

They are bad actually. There is a reason we are experiencing a declining rate in the mortality age. Gone are the days when we have century old people, and that is largely due to the prevalent fast food/junk food.

If anything costs me my happiness then it is too expensive and I cannot afford it. My happiness comes first, so if that is on the line then I will rather let such thing go, whatever it might be. My happiness is very important.

Connecting with nature really helps to boost our mind and emotional wellbeing. So when we spend time outdoors with the trees, animals and even sunlight we are improving our emotional health. It is also a great way to reduce the stress that the world brings on us.

It’s lack of communication for me. If anything is the problem I want us to talk about it without holding anything back. If my prospective partner is not one that communicates willingly, then it’s a huge red flag for me.

It largely depends on the occasion, there are times that require both formal informal dressing. When I go to work I am always dressed formally, but when I am home or going for casual outing I dress casually. But I have never been a fan of baggy or big clothes. I don’t like them tattered too. I have had different versions of the PlayStation, but o have never bought the other two consoles. I have played games on them before, but it will always be PlayStation for me.

That would be beans, then paired with other foods like rice, bread or plantain. I can never go wrong with well cooked beans and well garnished stew. The one that comes close second is pasta.
