Growing up, mushrooms used to be a mainstay of every meal and I loved it. Nowadays, I integrate mushrooms into my meals but only occasionally because they have become very expensive.

Reasonable consumption of probiotic foods helps with the proliferation of beneficial bacteria in our digestive system. That is helpful in preventing diseases as it crowds out and eliminates the harmful bacteria.

I think there is some visual sensation that translates to more appetite when I view food with some colours. A green coloured rice stimulates my appetite three times higher than normal white colour rice.

Nokia was the first cell phone brand that used owned and it was a premium brand at the time. The Nokia brand was notable for their superior hardware. My first phone was a Nokia C1.

When it comes to video gaming, it has been majorly soccer games for me. And the Playstation console delivers that for me seamlessly. I have never owned another console that is not a Playstation. It has always been my favourite console.

The last application that I downloaded for my smartphone is the Bitget crypto exchange app. I have had problems the last time trading my crypto and I need a new platform to trade my crypto for cash. Bitget came highly recommended.

It is headphones that I use. I have an earbud but the headphone that I have produces bass much better than the earbud. That is why I prefer it.

I think most apps run very well on android 10 and above. I am using an android 10 smartphone and I don't bother with needing to upgrade my android version as long as it is not considered too old for contemporary apps.

I find it quite stressful having to use the camera to scan my face just to unlock my phone. I don't even like patterns too. That's why I make do with codes. It is easier for me to input and get my phone unlocked.

I don't use two factor authentication on my social media accounts. I don't see the need for it since there is no direct financial dealings happening on my social media.
