Re: Traveling the world by bicycle?

Re: Do you use your phone to track your steps?

Re: Do you find going out increases your anxiety?

Re: Stigma surrounding mental health?

Unfortunately there is a big stigma surrounding mental health, this is especially the case for men. Some members of society see people with mental health issues as weak, which is actually quite the opposite in my opinion. If your brave enough to speak up that your struggling, you are stronger than t...

Re: How do you cope up with stress?

People all cope with stress in different ways. Me? It’s taken me some time but I’ve learnt not to overthink what is going to happen or could hypothetically happen until it actually does come.

Re: Boosting Your Mental Health

Re: Do you like spicy foods?

I am honestly not a huge fan of spicy foods. They just don’t agree with me - perhaps this will change as I become older. But at the moment, it’s too hot and takes my mind away from enjoying a meal to recovering…

Re: What food could you eat every day?

I would absolutely love to eat junk food everyday. However I know if I do this it would result in a detrimental impact to my health. And not just my physical, the mental well being too!
