It has happened to me several times, but one of the worst experiences so I remember, is when I cooked some mushrooms that I think were in bad condition, and a few hours later I vomited them, I was like 3-4 hours going to vomit very often, it was a hellish night.
I think the mushrooms were expired, you have to be very careful to check the expiration date of everything you eat.

I did but the reason for it was only because I was already ill so my body couldn't handle the food. When I feel I wanna vomit and ignore the issue and then eat, it won't end well. But sometimes I think it is psychological thing because I feel sick of the food before I even eat it and then it just makes it worse.
