How do you like your steak cooked?

I used to get mine well-done, but I started tasting medium one day when someone recommended I try it and it seems more juicy and flavorful at medium, so I started getting it made that way.

I prefer my steak cooked medium-rare. That perfect balance between a slightly charred exterior and a juicy, pink center is just irresistible to me. Medium-rare allows the natural flavors of the meat to shine while ensuring it's tender and moist. It's that ideal point where the steak is cooked through, yet still retains its succulence and tenderness, making every bite a delightful experience.

Not really a huge steak fan but when I do get it, I like it medium rare. I like it when my steak is tender & juicy and not too rubbery or tough to eat.

When I was younger I preferred my steak to be well done, but these days I prefer it to be medium rare. It's much juicier when it's cooked to medium rare, my parents just preferred to cook it well done and that's why I liked it growing up because I never got the chance to try it other ways lol.
