Your perception and attitude towards workout.

We all would agree that physical exercises and workout are necessary for a good health. It helps in many folds, not only physically but also with our mental and emotional well being.
Exercise is a good way to reduce anxiety and ageing related issues. Many factors like gender, age, marital status and wealth influence our perception on exercising and ageing. Ageing brings in many fears and concerns like loosing autonomy and relationships, facing physical and psychological challenges etc.
It's been proved by the study that it's not only physical workout that would bring positive changes. A lot has to do with your perception and attitude towards your working out. Your psychology plays an important role too. A positive attitude towards exercising brings more positive results in your physical health. It also helps to reduce anxieties that come with ageing
So, enjoy your workout and exercising sessions. Just don't do it for the sake of doing it.
