Therapy Culture - Some Objections

There is this trend in the west for people to express all their feelings and to totally ignore privacy. I think this is a bad thing because I find it very uncomfortable to deal with. Does anyone feel similar? What are your reasons and is there anyone who doesn't mind therapy culture?
