Traumatized

Has anything ever traumatized you?

I have one.. When I get to work, I usually park behind the building and walk in through a (rarely used) side entrance there. One day when I was using that entrance, a coworker was hiding & jumped out and scared me.. Like really bad. I almost fell to the ground. Lol.

Anyways, now every time I go in that entrance (even nearly a year later) I am all cautious and looking around corners.

I don't usually get traumatized very easily but the death of my grandmother was something that traumatized me for a very long time because I was very close to her and her passing wasn't easy for me to cope with.
