The best option, if you ask me, is to move to a cool place, remove excess clothing, and cool down with cold water or ice packs. Hydrating with water or electrolyte solutions can also help. Also, Seek immediate medical attention, as heat stroke can be life-threatening and may require professional treatment. Rest and avoid heat until fully recovered.

You are right, movingto a cooler area, hydrating with cool water or electrolyte drinks will certainly help. I think you can also apply cold compresses to the neck, armpits, and groin to lower body temperature. Seek medical help if symptoms persist, including confusion, vomiting, or rapid heartbeat.

If you work in a hot environment, best way to combat getting heat stroke is to drink plenty of water and fluids. I work in a hot factory, and we are constantly reminded to drink water at least every 15 minutes or so to prevent us from overheating. When dealing with symptoms of heat stroke, find a cool place immediately. If you can, removing excess clothing can help cool you off. In severe cases you might need cool packs to help cool down.
