How do you manage sore/burning throat?

I found out today that I'm allergic to soya beans oil because after eating the eggs I fried with it, I started having burning/sore throat. It's been over 8 hours and it's not stopping. What can I do to make it stop and get a relief?

The easiest way I manage throat problems is by taking Lemsip, or lozenges. The natural way, works too. That is, gargling your throat with salty water as it contains anti bacterial properties. I may even take an allergy pill in case the issue is caused by something else

Sore throat can be a real pain. I ones had it and I was able to manage it by taking warm salt water and by staying hydrated all the time.
