I haven’t tried the carnivore diet, but I’ve heard it’s an extreme form of low-carb eating where you only consume animal products—meat, fish, eggs, and some dairy. People say it can lead to quick weight loss and improved energy, but it seems pretty restrictive since you’re cutting out all plant-based foods. I’d be concerned about missing out on important nutrients like fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants that come from fruits, veggies, and grains. It also sounds hard to maintain long-term, and I’d personally prefer a more balanced approach
