What chicken recipe is your favorite? Mine is Barbecue Honeyed Chicken.

Mine would definitely have to be Hunters Chicken. It's not something I have too often but when I do have it I like to have it either with plain boiled rice or with a baked potato. Just love the flavors of the sauce and then the cheese with it on top. Amazing.

I like pork better than chicken, but my mom can make great chicken chops. She dips the chicken meat first in egg, then in flour, then in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan. It is very quick, but the taste is incredible if everything is done correctly.
