Their is one thing that we need to protect eyes from computer strain either use glasses on our eyes or monitor. I am also looking to consult a doctor for eye sight as it is losing.

1. Wear eye protection
2. Keep liquids away from eyes
3. Keep solids from eye
These three rules should help with any eye problems. I hope your eyes are safe and sound!

ok let us know back when you followed the steps and which might worked or not so others too can use them. If these doesn't works then better to consult a Doctor.
