Do you know having a consistent sleep schedule, for instance going to bed and waking up at the same times daily. can help in losing weight. Thus, I have created a relaxing bedtime routine, and avoid screens an hour before bed. I make my sleep environment comfortable, cool, and dark. I limit caffeine and heavy meals in the evening, and incorporate regular exercise, but not too close to bedtime.
