Traditional dishes from my country or region include [insert dishes here]. These dishes reflect the local ingredients, culinary techniques, and cultural influences of the region. We have a of traditional meals we refer to as swallow here. Yam, rice and cassava are processed into solid dood that is eaten with traditional soup as well. We have yam flour, rice flour, cassava flour, wheat flour etc. The soup they are eaten with includes okra, African spinach and also stew.
