From what I have heard, the best time to visit Italy is in September. You still get the summer warmth but also because harvest season is around then as well, you will also have the chance to check out the food festivals as well.

For me, Italy is like a close friend because my mother works there, so I often go to her and I have been there in winter and summer and spring and autumn. Therefore, for me, for example, the winter period is not interesting at all, there is simply nothing to do there. Also, autumn is not very interesting. But spring and summer are the best times of the year to visit because the warm climate begins, many tourists come and everything becomes much more interesting and the beaches become more crowded.

Never been to Italy, but from what I’ve heard, the best time to visit Italy is during the spring (April to June) or fall (September to October). The weather is pleasant, and it’s less crowded than the peak summer months. Spring offers beautiful blooming landscapes, while fall brings harvest festivals and cooler temperatures—both perfect for sightseeing without the heat or crowds.
