I don't have any mental health issues. Apart from work related stress and relationship stress, I do not have any issues. If I had any issues I would not only visit a doctor but also share with my friends and family. I would not shy from talking about my mental health issues?

I do not have any issues now, however, when I had issues, I kept everything to myself. That's because I thought people wouldn't understand my condition and only make a fun of me. I don't think sharing is important. What is important is you get professional advice.

Discussing about your mental struggles with people that you can trust is one of those ways that one can get better. I once visited a therapist when I was having a mental meltdown because of work challenges and it yielded good results.

As long as I am with someone who understand exactly what I'm passing through, it is always going to be very easy for me to talk about my mental health with the person. It's not everyone that I will take about my mental health with.

Everyone will get some issues in no time so we have to solve and proceed, not to take too much stress on anything. I am an open minded person and loves to do works whatever I have. Some people become mentally when they have lot of stress or no one availeble to talk with them.

I only feel comfortable talking about my own mental health to a few close people. We need to stop thinking that it's wrong for men to talk about their mental health, because we suffer from stuff too. Society sees it us as being weak, but honestly anyone who is willing to share what they're going through mentally is actually the opposite in my eyes. We're much stronger and it can take a huge load off your mind if you're a bit open with how you're feeling.

I don't mind talking about my mental health issues online, but I'm much more unlikely to talk about them offline. The few times I did talk about them I think I was abashed for it. I'm male and there's the "manly" stereotype that we're supposed to be strong and not have feelings, so it's particularly hard to talk about things like mental health that people would probably just laugh in your face about.

It seems to me that now everyone who uses the Internet has problems, so it makes no sense to talk about mental health problems one by one, it will not solve anything. It is better to turn to a specialist and solve it than to discuss it with a person who does not know what to do with it.
