Having multiple partners can impact mental and physical health in several ways. Mentally, it can lead to increased stress, anxiety, and feelings of guilt or shame, especially if there's a lack of emotional connection or trust. It may also strain relationships and affect self-esteem. Physically, multiple partners can increase the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and unintended pregnancies, necessitating consistent use of protection and regular testing. Maintaining open communication and practicing safe behaviors are essential for minimizing potential health risks in such situations.

I can never support having multiple partners. It has never made sense to me, and I will never support a situation where someone decides to have it since you will end up acting strange sometimes.

I don’t get how people manage to do it. When you have more than one person you have romantic relationships with there is bound to be disasters. First of all you will be stretched thin emotionally. You have to be there for all the partners. Secondly you would not have time for more important activities because you will chatting, calling or attending to their needs. It can be financially draining too.
There are so much disadvantages to it.
