For those who lost weight or is currently losing weight, did you use Weight Watchers? For those not aware of Weight Watchers, it's a weight loss program that was founded in New York in 1963 by a woman named Jean Nidetch who was overweight and needed a way to lose weight. If you live in the US, you may have noticed that some healthier tv dinners have WW points on the side of the box. This is used by those to keep track of the food they're eating, the lower the points are on a food product, the more they can eat this particular product. Likewise, if it's a meal that has a higher point count, then the person should eat less of this meal.

I recently discovered Weight Watchers, a program focused on weight management through a points system that tracks food intake. While I’m not deeply familiar with it, I found that it encourages healthier eating habits and provides support through a community and resources. It seems like a flexible approach to dieting, allowing people to enjoy a variety of foods while staying on track.

I’ve heard good things about Weight Watchers (WW). It’s a structured program that focuses on portion control and healthier food choices. I like that it doesn’t cut out any foods but instead uses a point system to guide you toward better options. The community aspect is also motivating, as you get support from others on similar journeys. It’s flexible and sustainable for many people.
