Mountain Expeditions

Post by Nathan » Tue Sep 13, 2022 8:21 am

Have you ever been to a mountain expedition? Well, I have never been on a mountain expedition, however, I have trekked to the Himalayas. My best trekking experience was Annapurna trek in Nepal. The 21 days trek took me to the foothills of the Mount Annapurna Base Camp.

I haven't been to any mountain expedition and I'm not sure if I would be interested in doing so. Mountains isn't my thing after a friend of mine was injured by a boar they never expected to see in the mountain. I don't even like hiking.

I don't plan on going on one. It's just not the thing for me.

I have never been on a mountain expedition myself if I am honest and I can't say I have ever looked into it, to be honest. I have heard so many things about people going missing in mountains that I would worry about doing something like this, to be honest.

Yes, with friends. All of them are busy with life now. So no more that kind of life.

I would really love to go back to the old days and try something that used to be real fun.

Well, I have made some expeditions to mountain, although not to a mountain as dangerous as the Himalayas, I have been in mountains near of my place of residence which all of them are less than 2000 meters, sometimes I have also camped in the mountain, the highest mountain which I have completed is the Puig Campana that has about 1500 meters approximately.

I would not really want to climb too high mountains because there is a very high risk of dying, for example, I would not want to visit the Himalayas. But for example, I like to go to a mountain 2000 meters high in my town because it does not require special training and a lot of time.
