You need to be mentally and emotionally fit in order to work efficiently and proficiently. If you are depressed, stressed or anxious, you cannot work, even if you someone managed to work you cannot deliver best of you. When you don’t deliver the best, you might lose your job and income stream. You will need skills to boost your mental health, for instance, meditation, breathing exercise, yoga, etc.

I practice mindful breathing and immerse myself in nature walks to reconnect with the environment. I also create art, using colors to express emotions, and engage in "gratitude gardening," where I plant flowers while reflecting on positive aspects of my life. These unique activities help center my thoughts and uplift my mood.

I enjoy working on projects such as programming or video editing to help with my mental health. I also listen to music while working on projects to help keep me focused, and I like to calm down by listening to music as well. I've been trying to incorporate breathing exercises too, this can help keep you calm if you're starting to become anxious.
