Hight Intesitivity Interval Training is growing more popular and with plenty of ways you can take part in HIIT. I myself have been looking more into HIIT but I will admit that I haven't started anything yet.

I was curious, has anyone here found HIIT effective? Where would you say someone should start if they start HIIT?
