I recently found that ginger tea is very effective when it comes to treating cough. I used to take pills for my cough but it doesn't take care of it faster. So, I was recommended making fresh ginger tea which is going to be warm. I took only one cup of the tea in the morning and one at night. It cured the cough permanently.

If you have cough, please take ginger tea.

I also tried ginger tea and it turned out to be much more useful than pills and it was a long time ago, but since then I almost do not use pills for any pain, I try to find recipes from herbs that treat it all with natural methods.

Ginger tea offers numerous health benefits, including alleviating nausea, reducing inflammation, and boosting immunity. To make ginger tea, simply steep fresh ginger slices or grated ginger in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Optionally, add honey and lemon for flavor. Strain and enjoy! This soothing beverage can be consumed hot or cold, providing a refreshing and invigorating drink that promotes overall well-being.
