Have you ever had vitamin B12 deficiency?

I remember, after I had my gallbladder removed in late 2014, I went through a time where I ended up feeling really tired, weak, not myself and just felt run down.
After tests at my doctors, they later told me I had a vitamin B12 deficiency and that I would need vitamin B12 injections once every three months.
Once I moved from one doctor to another due to not being happy with the care me and my family were getting, my new doctor later told me I didn't need the vitamin B12 injections anymore and could not understand why I was on them. Still feeling run down and not myself, more tests were done and the conclusion was that I had fibromyalgia and not a B12 deficiency.
