When it comes to banks tech card that is used to access funds from your account, which do you like using between a debit card and credit card?

Personally, I like debit card because it helps to cut my spending unlike credit card.

What's the reason why you choose a debit card over a credit card? Do you feel its convenient for you to make use of both in case?

I am okay with getting both a credit card and a debit card. To me, it is all the same. I want to always be in control and there are times that the credit card will be of immense help to me. So, ruling one out in place of the other is not the best move for me.

I only have a debit card currently, though I've been thinking of applying for a credit card to use just on gas and food. I wouldn't want to use a credit card on anything else especially very expensive gadgets. It'd take a long time to pay them off and I wouldn't want to be in debt. My parents ended up doing this in the 90's, they got credit cards and never paid them off so they were in debt.

I have never used a credit card because for me there is no need for it because I plan everything in advance so I always have funds but just in case I have a debit card from another bank where I also store a certain amount.

I mostly use a credit card for my purchases. That way, I am covered if something goes wrong by creating a chargeback to the seller. Plus, using a credit card responsibly can help build your credit rating

I have used debit card all my life but from past one year I am using credit card and I like it more because I know I need to pay after some time and also earn rewards in the process.
