There is recent changes to gadgets that one can wear at the moment. We have the fitness tracker, the smartwatches and other gadgets. Do you wear them? How effective are they in making your life better?

Unfortunately, I don't wear any tech gadget for any kind of fitness purposes. The gadget that I make use of counting my step is a software that is in my smartphone which does a very good job.

I don't really like all these gadgets, because they may be technological, but they are of no use to me, except maybe an air tag that helps me find lost things to which it was attached, and it is very convenient.
