It is best to take them in the morning or after a meal, or you can also incorporate them after some physical activity or sport. I do it in the second way mentioned and it works very well for me.

I started mine by adding daily multivitamin to my breakfast and omega-3s before I go to bed. Now, I've included vitamin C too.
