One of the major issues I found on the site is related to "not having the permission to edit posts." I think the members need to be give a permission to edit their own posts, even if it means to let them edit with in 10-15 minutes of posting.

I think the admin also needs to allow the users to create topics. If you do not allow the members to create topics, how can they create content for the site.
