EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique & also Emotion-Focused Therapy. I think of it as the former.
I had thought of trying EFT not too long ago. I do something similar called Louhan Patting from Qigong. I just don't do affirmations or with the breath. I just focus on tapping. If I have too many things to do, it tends to create the opposite effect on me lol
Who has tried EFT & what did you think of it? Are there any books or videos you follow?

It's nice to have multiple options for cheap and effective coping skills. So many people will benefit from this.
