When it comes to what you normally make use of if you are in need for relaxation, do you play video games or do you watch movies?
Personally, I prefer watching movies because playing video games comes with added stress for me as well.
-
In context of the content, I feel that movies are one time watch, on the other hand we have a lot of things to explore in the games. And also most of our time goes really good if we play the games. Overall my video game experience is good.

When I am very tired, I like watching movies because I can lie on the couch and watch movies all the while munching snacks. However, when I am bored, I like playing games so that my mind and body, both are occupied.
-
Whether I choose a game to play or a move to watch depends on my mental state and physical state. Sometimes I choose games, and sometimes I choose movies. By the way, sleeping makes me more relaxed compared to gaming or watching movies.
-
When I am too lazy to do anything, I pick a drink and relax with a nice feel-good movie. When I feel active but I don't have anything to do, I get engaged with shooting games.
-
Video games are more calming for me because they are more free. I can do so much more in a video game than in a movie. I like the interactive part of games.
-
I understand that playing video games can come with stress for some people, but it is never the same thing for me. I enjoy playing video games as it helps me to calm my nerves whenever I am pretty stressed out after the day's activities.

You will have to use some efforts while playing game, however, while watching you can just lie on the bed or a sofa. Therefore, I find movies more relaxing.

Depends. If I am by myself, nothing beats playing Video Games because atleast then you have the choice of multiplayer so you don't feel completely left out. If I am with someone, watching a movie can be a social thing to do.
