I am sure most of you may find their mood affected after the instagram or the socail media watching session. I noticed that watching travel or food or some of the similar glossy things would lead to depression.
Is it just me who experienced this?

I don't watch anything on any social media sites that's going to cause me any emotional or psychological problems. I try as much as possible to filter the kind of contents that I consume online for the good of my sanity.

I try as much as I can not to be affected by what happens on social media. I believe that time is coming when a lot of people will celebrate victory. This is something that keeps me going daily.

My mood have never been affected by whatever I watched on Instagram or any other social media. Whatever I don't like, I will not watch or follow the page. It gives me control over what I see. I've never been depressed with using Instagram.

I stay away from some social media platforms because I wouldn't want to be in that position where I am comparing my life with others. So, I try my best to avoid image based platforms such as Instagram.

Watching instagram posts almost always improves my mood because I follow comics and some funny videos. There is this one with a cat which is zoning out of existence. xD
It is looking at another cat. It is just funny..
Chatting with people also boost my mood because, surprise surprise, they also send me funny videos. xD
