Title: Who feels guilty about being happy?

Am I the only one who feels guilty about being happy, and yet I feel guilty when I try not to be happy?

There is nothing wrong with being happy. You shouldn't feel any guilt about it. As someone who had depression in the younger teens I know what it was like to never really be happy. Don't ever feel guilty about it, it'd not a thing to suppres.
