It's important for millennials who are experiencing mental health issues to seek help. Treatment may include therapy, medication, or a combination of the two. Lifestyle changes such as regular exercise, a healthy diet, and getting enough sleep can also be beneficial. It's also important to seek support from family, friends, and other sources such as support groups. Many workplaces and universities offer mental health resources and support, and it's important for millennials to take advantage of these resources if they are available

Burnout is probably my biggest issue, but I also suffer from social anxiety as well as a bit of depression. I'm also autistic, which of course doesn't have anything to do with the generation I was born in but it could be the reason why I deal with burnout quite often. I mainly deal with this when it comes to projects that I work on, not necessarily work projects. I am not sure how I can deal with burnout, so I'll need to look up tips on how to deal with it.

Yeah, agreed. Anxiety and depression seem to be super common among people in this group. I also noticed just having mental health issues in general too.
