There is a difference between being alone and being lonely. Being along is a fact and a positive state of mind. It is a situation where we are content with our own company and have no craving for outside stimulation. It is the start of peace and tranquility.

Loneliness is an emotion and not necessarily a fact. It is a situation where we are seeking someone to make us whole, we are not happy with our own company. It is a sad emotion and it will disturb our minds It is a place of sadness and pain.

Try to be alone, don't be lonely.
