Each year we go through seasonal changes and when the season changes it can affect your mood with each person having a different mood with each season change. I myself find that my mood is better during the spring and summer seasons with the longer days, the warmer days and the being able to get out more even if it's just for a walk. When it comes to say Autumn and Winter when the days get shorter and they get colder that is when I notice that my mood dips and I feel less happy during those seasons.
Do you notice that your mood changes when seasons change? In what way do they change per season?

Oh yes, most definitely. I really hate summer and when it arrives, my mood drops instantly. Very annoying season for me. But, when autumn arrives, now we are talking! I just love the temperature, the view of fallen leaves, the colors and rain. Just wonderful. My mood goes above the roof.

Yes, I have mood swings whenever the season changes. It's how I adjust to be new season before I will come back to normal. I don't like it happening to me but it's something I can't change or stop. I'm used to it now.

Personally, I don't think that the changes in the seasons of the year affects my mood in any way. The only thing that does to me is make me uncomfortable when it's too hot in the summer. My mood doesn't get affected too quickly.
