Having mood swings can often affect friendships and relationships and sometimes it's nice to have a friend or significant other who understands your mood swings and will be there for you no matter what. This helps you have some kind of security and can often help with your mood.
I know myself, I often go through mood swings and my significant other although the get annoyed with it, still sticks by me and does their best to understand me and help me when this does happen. This helps me feel better and more secure knowing they won't just walk out on me but will help me through it.
Does your significant other understand your mood swings?

I don't have much mood swings because I am very self disciplined person. When I had a partner it was hard for me to deal with her mood swing. I do understand that's natural but it's just very hard to deal with. There are women who are quite normal during period but some just go wild and argue.

No one understands me better than the love of my life. She knows how to read my mood and how to counter it whenever it's going off the charts. I don't like having mood swings because it makes me act weird. I'm happy she knows how to deal with it.
