No matter what your age there will always be some kind of games that you will be able to play whether it be an online game on your mobile device or on your tablet, a game that you like to play online on your PC, or even maybe board games or even video games. Everyone has a preference that they prefer when it comes to games and in most cases, people turn to games of their preference to help with stress.
I myself tend to spend some of my days playing games on my phone or on my Xbox just to take my mind off things a little, reset, and just relax as well. I find being able to do this for a little while a day helps me stay focused and feel less stressed.
Do you find playing games whether it be video games, board games, mobile games or even games on your PC helps you with stress?

Oh they definetly do because I am playing games for more than a decade and it does nothing but help. I don't know what I would do if there were no games to play. I like games that last most of the time up to 20 minutes because if I play longer, I am getting stressed instead of relaxed. Also, I avoid team games because when they fail and I play good, it causes me to fail and of course I get stressed about it. So, MMORPG games relax me mostly.

Yes, playing games can help reduce stress by providing an escape, promoting relaxation, and offering a sense of achievement and control. Games can serve as a distraction and help to improve mood and mental well-being.

I read a research two years ago on how gaming was paramount for helping people relax after returning from a very hectic day at work. So, it is safe to say that there are games that can help you manage stress. When you play your favourite games and win, you are likely to feel relaxed and would have that sense of fulfilment, too.
