Feeling of nervousness, feeling restless or tense.
High heart beat, heavy breathing
Sweating, trembling
Feeling weak and tired
Unable to think properly
You see the symptoms of anxiety are basically physical symptoms.
Do you have a history of anxiety?

At a time, I also experience anxiety, but clinically speaking, I do not have any anxiety issues. However, I have seen people battling with anxiety. Anxiety is not just a mental condition, it also comes with physical systems. The person will feel cramps in the muscles, will almost show the sign of heart attack or panic attack.

I suffer from social anxiety and I also have phone anxiety too. I don't like talking to people, so I have a hard time just doing simple things like talking to the clerk when I check out at my local game store, I also do not like making doctor's appointments since you have to call and do that.
