The meals we are meant to eat every day are ; breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are some people who doesn't eat all 3 meals while there are some who eat more than 3 times in a day.
Do you eat the 3 meals of the day or skip one of them?

I am one of those people. I don't eat all three meals usually. I will only eat Lunch and Dinner. An early lunch at around 11, and an early to late dinner around 6-7 keeps me going. I do however snack between meals.
