There is nothing wrong with being happy. You shouldn't feel any guilt about it. As someone who had depression in the younger teens I know what it was like to never really be happy. Don't ever feel guilty about it, it'd not a thing to suppres.

It's nice to have multiple options for cheap and effective coping skills. So many people will benefit from this.

These are really solid short term suggestions. They won't help long term but it's good to have some easier methods of self help.

It's definitely a good way of getting the help you need when you can't afford therapy. Although you should first trust the person your talking too.

Video games are more calming for me because they are more free. I can do so much more in a video game than in a movie. I like the interactive part of games.

It will be a long and difficult process but you can heal. It wont heal the entire thing but it's good to at least get some help with it.

Do you prefer 3d or 2d animation? I prefer 2d as it ends up being more timeless and can look like a painting. Although 3d can look very beautiful.

Is modern or classic Hollywood better? I find that the classic era seems to be more creative, but it's also less diverse. It's a tough answer for me but classic just has more interesting films.

Do you prefer The Sopranos or Breaking Bad? I find the Sopranos is far more interesting and entertaining than Breaking bad, so I would chose that.

Is animation just for kids? I don't think so, there are plenty of violent, adult, and depressing animated shows. Why do people say that animation is just for kids? Are there still biases in that industry?

I have ADHD, does anyone else have ADHD? ADHD is a disorder where a people gets really energetic and also gets distracted a lot. I was diagnosed with it in the 3rd grade. Meaning it's been over eight years since I was diagnosed. My how time flies!

I am a huge fan of Elder Scrolls! I love the openness and wackiness of the games. My favorite one is Skyrim, but I do enjoy Oblivion and Morrowind. Does anyone else play Elder Scrolls?
