Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) - has anyone tried this? This is what CBT stands for. It's offered for free in the UK, but there is a huge wait to be seen by the Adult Mental Health department if you choose to go publicly, rather than privately because of a lack of funding

So do you ever have these days where you are required to take a day off work or school because of your mental health? Sometimes work and other stuff builds up and we need a day to release it. Do you feel bad asking for a day of because of mental health?

Do you look forward to work and enjoy what you do for a living? Or, on the otherhand, do you only live for the next weekend or when you're finishing? It is very hard to find a job that you enjoy doing, not just for the compensation

I have read a lot online about weighted blankets. I have never tried this personally, but, do you feel that a weighted blanket can assist anxiety? Some even say that it may reduce the condition. What do you think?

So, what Physical Anxiety Symptoms do you suffer from? When I get anxiety, I find that sweating is visible and to an excessive nature, where others will notice of it happening. What about you?

Who takes Sertraline for anxiety or depression? Do you find the medication helps reduce anxiety or depression? Some suggest that taking medication may actually make you feel worse rather than better.
