Anxiety has been known to cause a lack of sleep because you lay worrying at night instead of sleeping resulting in you getting less sleep than you should and that can often lead to health issues and even a lack of motivation the next day.
I know I get easily anxious and worried over the slightest of things so I have had my fair share of sleepless nights because of this and it really doesn't help at all with getting on the next day as you feel so much more tired after lack of sleep.
Does this happen to you, how often does it happen and have you found a way to deal with it so that it doesn't affect you?
