I often get frustrated with myself when I let one thing that goes wrong on one day ruin and affects my whole day and mood. A perfect example for me would be when my youngest refuses to go to school and I have to fight with him to go in so he doesn't miss out on education. Due to how stressed it got me even when I managed to get him into school, because of how it made me feel and how depressed I felt after. I would take it as that was just a bad day and sleep it off to help lower my stress levels and get through the depression.

Have you ever had one bad thing happen on a day that has ruined your whole day?

Yes of course, I have had experiences like that. It's never a good feeling whenever something like that happens to you. The last one that pissed me off so bad was when I received an order to sell 3 chicken to one of my customers whom have already paid. He asked for them to be killed in the morning of the next day and delivered. Do you know that waking up in the morning to kill the chickens, two of them suddenly died last night. I couldn't understand what happened or why they died. I wish I could conduct an autopsy to find out what killed them.

I had moments when day starts perfect and then as it comes down to night something happens that annoys me quite a lot and everything is lost. Everything good that happened is gone and has no real value anymore. For instance, morning was good, day went fine and then I didn't get pizza for dinner (and for breakfast after) which I really wanted. What happened is that parents decided to change that and it annoyed me so damn hard.
