Having houseplants can boost your psychological and emotional well-being.  Houseplants mean indoor plants that you can keep inside your house.

Plants can help the air quality. When the air is better, we breathe better. Which in turn helps reduce stress & anxiety. There's also something to be said about taking care of another living thing. A plant needs to be watered, fertilized, even talking to it can help the plant grow & help you in the process.
