I found that three things cause the most stress. 1. Overworking: Stretching yourself too thin will cause far too much stress as you have no time to relax. 2. Toxic Relationships: Having a bad relationship can be very stressful as you rarely get a break from the drama. 3. Bad Situations: Being in a terrible situation stresses you out. Mainly because that situation is going to take a lot of your time and attention.

The above 3 are excellent, but none will help to overcome with this situation. Stress mainly comes over financial issues and family problems. It is very hard to overcome with this problem so I would suggest never to borrow more money from anyone to get stress on your head.

The drama that comes with stress was the major reason I decided to stay off from any woman that will give me issues. As long as she is not giving me some peace of mind, I will gladly want to let her be.

The drama of real life added with the drama of the online world and then news and gossip. Basically anything is going to cause stress if you let it. With me being open minded I accept two sides to something most of the time so it doesn't stress me too much.

I get stressed whenever I'm ill. I hate being ill. I don't like how it makes me feel. My body doesn't feel like my own and this makes it very difficult for me.

There are so many things that can cause stress for people. Personally, my stress comes from my work every day. It's a never ending cycle. Also, when things are not working out the way I wanted, it usually causes me stress.
