Are you someone who let's what someone says easily affect your mood?

Sometimes it can be really difficult to ignore what someone says when they say it and it can affect your mood depending on how you take it. In most cases, some people get phased by it for a little and then just go on about their day and others tend to let it go around in their head for days even weeks on end which case affect their mood for that whole time. It's easy for people to say "Don't let what others say bother you" but when you think in such a way that can be difficult.

Have you ever had your mood affected by what someone has said? Did you manage to forget about it or did it stick with you for a while?

I have always believed that everyone have their own opinions on any subject. It's why I don't get all worked up when I hear other people's opinion on something. Where I'm going to have an issue is when they try to force their opinion on me.

Unfortunately I am quite bad for this. I will take what people say personally. I am doing better than I used to but I still get affected occasionally. But I do have a psychologist whom is helping me work through these challenges.

Most times I don't care about what anyone is saying. I just focus on being a better person and let what others say affect me the least. This is what I am all about. I will prefer to react another time.

Yes. I let what people say to me change my mood and affect it. It stinks, but just how I am.

People can say whatever they want to say, I don't care about it. There's nothing anyone can say which is going to itch me for a second. There's freedom of speech, I won't let what people say affect me.
