Many people I have spoken to in the past and also going by how I feel and when I have suffered depression the most, I find that depending on the season we are in, depression can sometimes be very little or a lot worse than usual.
Do you find that different seasons during the year affect your depression? If so, which seasons do you feel make it worse for you?
I myself find that Winter, especially after Christmas is a time when I feel like my depression can be at it's worst, the darker nights for longer and the dullness after having things like Christmas lights throughout December definitely affect my depression more than say Spring, Summer or Autumn.
