Going on from my previous topic about meditation helping with mental health, it got me thinking about the use of meditation apps on your phone or tablet device that you can listen to when you sleep that can help you whilst you sleep. They say that the brain can take in more when you are asleep and that for things like meditation, it's sometimes wise to listen to it whilst you sleep.
For those of you who use meditation apps to help with your mental health, have you ever tried listening to them when you sleep and what impact have they had on your mental health? Is it something you would recommend to others who use meditation apps?
