One thing I have noticed about myself, especially when I am feeling stressed is that I like to go to sites such as Twitch or YouTube or even use the TikTok app to watch other people either live or even their videos and by just shutting off for a little while and watching videos of my favorite creators it can make a huge difference in how I feel in terms of stress. It's definitely something I try to do at least a few times a week to help with my stress levels.

Do you watch any one on YouTube, Twitch or TikTok when you are feeling stressed? Does it help to shut off in this way to help your stress levels?

Well, it doesn't have to be as an idea to stress relief myself but I do it when I am bored so that my time pass by. I don't watch twitch streams or tiktok but I do watch youtube and instagram stuff. Shorts are really addictive stuff. I like this one girl lovelylo, a gamer girl who is really good at shooting games, mostly Call of Duty. But the thing about her is that she doesn't show boobs or body, she has a good rizz when speaking to men. And that makes her content very unique and I enjoy watching it.

Watching my favourite skit makers on Facebook has been an escape route to relaxing and enjoying myself. Whenever I want to relax my mind, I go on Facebook and see some of their funny videos as laughing has been said to be one of the ways that you can put your mind at rest.
