Having depression is sometimes something we can not control, often we need help from medical practitioners and even help from other people to be able to manage how we feel during the times we have depression. Often when you feel depressed you can also feel under the weather and not 100%, this could be due to the fact that when you are depressed you tend to forget to take care of yourself like you should ane that can lead to you feeling unwell or even just run down.
